After products leave our facility, they are passed to our Shipping Partner. We are not responsible for damage or products lost in transit. You can contact customer support of your selected carrier to inquire about your order or file a claim after l your order has been shipped.

SUMMER TIME SHIPPING POLICY

You will receive an e-mail confirmation after your order has been successfully placed. Please note that during the summer [hot weather] months,  we ship your order using thermal cooling methods to best maintain the consistency of our FORTIFYING Hair + Body Butter and LYTE Hair + Body Butter, as they have a whipped texture.  Once you package has arrived, it is important to retrieve it from any outside heat asap once you receive your delivery confirmation, and if necessary, place in the refrigerator upon opening to firm up the product and retain whipped texture. If melting of the product does occur, the quality of product will not alter or diminish its game changing effects.
